PART 1 — CORE PRINCIPLES (APPLIES TO ALL)

ORGANIZATION RULES & CODE OF CONDUCT

All members, mentors, volunteers, and administrators must uphold the following foundational principles:

1. Compassion First

Every interaction must prioritize dignity, patience, and emotional safety over correction or criticism.

2. No Coercion Policy

No individual may be pressured into beliefs, practices, or participation. Guidance must always remain voluntary.

3. Respect for Individual Journey

Each revert progresses at a different pace. Comparison, judgment, or labeling is strictly prohibited.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

Personal stories, struggles, or identities shared within the organization must remain strictly confidential unless explicit consent is given.

5. Clarity Without Complexity

Teachings and guidance must be simple, gradual, and practical. Overloading information is discouraged.

PART 2 — RULES FOR ADMINISTRATION

2.1 GOVERNANCE & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Administrators must ensure fairness in all decisions.
  • No favoritism based on ethnicity, language, background, or cultural affiliation.
  • All policies must be transparent and documented.

2.2 MENTOR ASSIGNMENT RULES

  • Every revert must be assigned a mentor within a defined onboarding period.
  • No mentor may supervise more than an approved maximum number of reverts.
  • Mentor-revert pairing must consider emotional compatibility and availability.

2.3 FINANCIAL ETHICS

  • All donations must be recorded and allocated transparently.
  • Funds must be divided into clearly defined categories (e.g., support, events, operations).
  • No personal use of organizational funds under any circumstances.
  • Regular financial reporting must be published internally or publicly.

2.4 SAFETY & SAFEGUARDING

  • Any report of emotional manipulation, harassment, or coercion must be investigated immediately.
  • A safeguarding officer must be appointed to handle sensitive cases.
  • Protection of vulnerable individuals (new reverts, minors, emotionally distressed members) is a top priority.

2.5 PROGRAM QUALITY CONTROL

  • Events and mentorship programs must follow standardized guidelines.
  • Regular evaluation of mentor performance is required.
  • Drop-off rates and engagement metrics must be reviewed monthly.

PART 3 — RULES FOR MEMBERS

3.1 PARTICIPATION

  • Participation in programs is voluntary but encouraged for growth.
  • Members may opt out of any activity without penalty.

3.2 RESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR

  • Members must treat others with respect regardless of differences in understanding or practice level.
  • Disrespect, ridicule, or public shaming is not allowed.

3.3 LEARNING ATTITUDE

  • Members are encouraged to learn gradually and ask questions freely.
  • There is no expectation of perfection.

3.4 COMMUNITY CONDUCT

  • No aggressive debates or confrontational behavior in community spaces.
  • Discussions must remain respectful and constructive.

3.5 CONFIDENTIALITY

  • Members must not share personal struggles or identities of others outside the organization.

3.6 DONATION & FINANCIAL PARTICIPATION

  • Donations are voluntary and never required for participation.
  • Financial contribution does not grant authority or preferential treatment.

PART 4 — MENTOR ETHICS (CRITICAL SECTION)

Mentors must adhere to stricter standards:

4.1 No Authority Abuse

Mentors are guides, not authority figures over personal life decisions.

4.2 Emotional Boundaries

Mentors must avoid dependency relationships and encourage independence over time.

4.3 Non-Imposition Principle

Mentors must never impose cultural practices as religious requirements.

4.4 Consistency Over Intensity

Mentors must provide steady support rather than overwhelming engagement.

4.5 Exit Responsibility

Mentors must prepare reverts to eventually function independently within the community.

PART 5 — ACCOUNTABILITY SYSTEM

  • Members can report concerns anonymously.
  • Clear escalation pathway:
Mentor → Coordinator → Safeguarding Team → Administration Board

5.2 REVIEW CYCLES

  • Monthly internal review of community health
  • Quarterly audit of financial systems
  • Annual external or independent evaluation (recommended)

PART 6 — COMMUNITY SAFETY RULES

  • No political coercion or ideological pressure.
  • No public labeling of members based on level of practice.
  • No exclusion based on background or prior beliefs.
  • No exploitation of emotional vulnerability.

FINAL PRINCIPLE

The purpose of this organization is not control, but care; not pressure, but support; not speed, but sustainable transformation.
